From Providence
- Route 95 South
- Take EXIT 10A in Warwick onto Rt. 117 (Centerville Road)
(Note: There are two exit 10’s driving South; 10A is the second Exit 10) - Proceed to 2nd traffic light (You should see The Bagel Factory on your left)
- Turn left onto Tollgate Road and follow to end of Kent County Memorial Hospital Building.
- Turn right onto Health Lane at MAIN ENTRANCE sign
- Proceed to The Kent Center building, the only one on the left, directly across from the VNA.
From South County
- Route 95 North
- Take EXIT 10 in Warwick onto Rt. 117 (Centerville Road)
- Proceed to 2nd traffic light (You should see The Bagel Factory on your left)
- Turn left onto Tollgate Road and follow to end of Kent County Memorial Hospital Building.
- Turn right onto Health Lane at MAIN ENTRANCE sign
